This just happened to me as well. 14 year account with EA with no issues ever. Dont use any software but do have a Scuff controller.
Permabanned mid game today.
This is ridiculous.

I took many years off of gaming after having kids, then played the BF6 beta and enjoyed it so I preordered the game on Xbox and preordered the phantom edition on Steam to play on my ROG Ally X for on the go. When the game released, I had played only 2 matches on Xbox and decided to login on PC for the phantom edition benefits. I was adjusting graphics settings when I was disconnected and permanently banned before ever having played a single game. I appealed the ban and still have not heard back from EA. The appeal only says waiting on studio and I submitted it almost 3 weeks ago now. I just want to play games.
