Re: I was just banned in BF6

Hello, Terms and Conditions team.

I'd like to appeal the ban applied to my Battlefield 6 account. I've never used hacks, cheats, or any software that modifies the game. During my matches, I only had the NVIDIA recorder (GeForce Experience/ShadowPlay) open, which is a fully permitted and official program.

I believe my account was flagged in error or due to a false positive. I ask that you please manually review my account logs, as I haven't taken any action that violates your rules against "Gameplay Enhancement."

I greatly appreciate your time and would be grateful if you could review this case in detail so I can continue playing normally.
