Can you post your benchmarks before and after the change? I'm open to more data, but so far I've yet to see any evidence that this is doing anything to improve performance (ie, better FPS for the same power usage or the same core clocks), instead the "cpu usage" is simply because these commands make the game run worse, and the poor performance shows up mostly in 1% and 0.1% lows that require benchmarking to properly detect.
