Xbox Matchmaking

We need to improve matchmaking for Xbox consoles. It is too slow and you finish playing games with bots. Force the filling and above all I would go to make that if you disable the cross play from console and only PC that is removed PS and Xbox remain active. You also force it to start with 48 players and not bots.
