Battleroyalle 30hz servers

In October, DICE stated that 60Hz servers would be the standard for the game from launch. Does this only apply to multiplayer? Because in BR (battle royale), the servers are at 30Hz and very laggy. Could you take a look at this? We want 60Hz servers and eventually 120Hz; in BR, that's the future! Let's go!
