I am writing to report an issue with accessing Battlefield 6 from Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. Despite having a valid EA account and license, I am unable to launch or connect to the game. The error message suggests that access is restricted due to regional limitations.
Zaporizhzhia is a fully Ukrainian-controlled region, and it should not fall under any restrictions Players from other Ukrainian cities such as Lviv or Kyiv can access the game without any problem, which indicates that the issue is related specifically to how EA’s regional settings are applied.
Please review this situation and restore access for users from Zaporizhzhia. We would greatly appreciate your prompt attention and resolution to this matter, as many Ukrainian players are affected.
