1000+ BFC disappear in Battlepass ! ! !

I used coins to skip the newly released limited time Battlepass😀
try to get the ice axe immediately🤩
But it turned out that more than 1000 BFC costed and get nothing ！！！！！！😡😡😡

exit the game and re-enter is not work, and i saw someone haven't fix it till now so i guess time will also do nothing.

give me back what i deserve!!!🤗
