Missing Battlefield Coins after transaction

1650 battlefield coins disappeared after I tried to unlock 11 tier skips for the current event (Winter Offensive), the tiers did not unlock and I have completed all previous tiers, I have also restarted the game and computer three times now and the pass tiers are still not open and the battlefield coins also are gone. I contacted the support chat, but to no avail; other than being referred to these forums while they review my case. Losing that sum of money in this economy is not ideal and would like an expedient resolution to this problem, can you help?
