Re: Game crash to desktop after 1.1.2.0 update (launch, gameplay, map change)

After I was matched into a game, the character stood up, but the screen went black instead of displaying the map loading screen; the game simply crashed and closed.

The maps that are known to cause crashes include Eastwood and the Siege of Cairo. Other maps may crash randomly.

The first game started without any issues, but the second game crashed whenever the map was changed during matchmaking.

I updated the graphics card driver, adjusted various settings, and even tried changing the language, but none of these solutions worked. The problem of the app crashing persistes.
