Attempting to play the game but stating multiplayer & campaign not installed.

Reminds me of the Anthem launch where EA fluffed that up too....

Same here tried repair reinstall reboot no dice on anything.... what an embarrassment or a release on EA side... smells like a class action solution.  

Reinstalling one more time and if not refunding it and going to steam. 2 hours in and the platform that makes the game can't even let you in the game 

Same here, strange couse people who buy steam version play without any problem. Perfect own aplication promotion. Next when / If I buy any thing from EA I select Steam. Semas to be a safest way.

Same thing I've been working on it for almost 2 hours, went through Que 3 times and it says game not installed. But I got to use the practice range.  lol. I've done everything to get the game working like repair, removed cookies, uninstalled it and reinstalled it with the same results. What now ? When I try to modify game the Base Game 48.88 GB isn't checked and it states that it's required and I can't click it.

Any One from EA here ? or they count the money right now only ???

same here. and i got 18:42 uhr an email that my preorder is now ready. 1 minute after deinstalling the game. i think they messed the activation up. gg EA nearly 2 hours after release i get a mail.

Same thing, pre purchased, pre downloaded Phantom Edition. Eveyrhing installed correctly. Cant play, meanwhile anyone/everyone who downloaded through Steam is playing currently. I have re logged into the account, performed a repair, completely reinstalled. Same issue, glad to see EA still managing to screw up release of THEIR OWN GAME and specifically people who purchased on THEIR PLATFORM. Time to stop supporting EA, purchasing through Steam and going to refund EA. 

There is no way to fix the issue on our end. It's an EA licensing registration problem. EA has to fix the problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling will not work. Steam users do not seem to have this issue.  

I had to go into my computer settings to uninstall it.

What makes this crazier is I was part of the testers before release for some time and never once experienced any issue. Now the games released and I cant even play a game I spent $70 for......

i refund it, but i think the wont charge my account, because i´m from colimbia and the bank displayed was chase bank, and my account isn´t a chase bank account, that bank doesn´t exist in colombia

Deleting the beta fixed it for me long before they server side fixed it. 

I just want to add to this that I refunded and bought through Steam so I could play through friends - lost my pre-order bonuses yet paid £10 more and I bet I won't earn any of the offers EA have sent out due to this issue.

If any admin could direct message me for a follow up that would be great.

Exactly the same for me. Contacted ea support and basically told nothing they can do, game failed to work on ea app, my friends were on Steam and I didn't want to  miss out so refunded and bought through Steam.

Why do ea always have problems with battlefield launches so badly. They can see your pre order date, your preloading, and your log in on launch day to the app, the times you re started the game and the linked account on Steam.

They have everything they need to make it right because of the issues THEY had, not us or even on Steam.
