Battlepass issues

Battlepass rewards not unlocking.

i purchased the Battlepass yesterday, the bf pro edition and and none of my rewards are unlocking none of the instant rewards you get when you buy it, and the rewards you get from playing the game. So if anybody has any idea whats going on id like to know ASAP, so i can get it fixed. Thanks.

Hello same problem here, bought the battlepass pro this morning and the items are not available in the collection. It would be great to have some information from EA on that topic...
