BF6 on steam restricted (same EA Account on EA App platform seems fine)
Hello i have a problem with BF6 and my account seems weirdly restricted.
I bought the BF6 on EA App on 1 August, then refunded it later and bought the game again on steam on 17 August.
However, yesterday, 10 October i was unable to connect the game on steam with the following error:
ACCOUNT RESTRICTED

I made an experiment and re-bought BF6 again yesterday (10 October) on EA App, and there is no such issue with my EA Account.
Please note that i use the same EA Account on both platforms EA App + Steam.
So my account seems restricted only on steam platform, i can play BF6 using EA App.
Because I re-bought BF6 again on EA App after release, i lost preorder bonuses, my preorder on steam has all the preorder bonuses but i cannot play there because of the restriction bug/error.
How can i solve this issue? Who could help me in this matter? I contacted EA advisor via live chat and steam support and still cannot help myself out, they dont know anything about it.
OK FIXED. Contacted EA Advisor to unlink my steam account with EA Account (to not wait 6 months) , plus changed steam profilename and EA account name and relink steam and worked. BF6 again worked !
