Black Sreen Error

Hi,

After entering the game, when I try to start a match, the screen goes black. I can hear the ambient sounds from the loading screen in the background, but the game stays on the black screen. Sometimes, after closing and reopening the game, I can enter the first match. However, I can't join any matches after that. Every time the map is about to load, the game gets stuck on a black screen.

I don't think it's caused by my hardware. I have an i9-13900K, RTX 4090 and 32 Gb RAM. I tried repairing the game and even reinstalled it, but it didn't help.

Is there anyone else experiencing the same issue as me? I’d really appreciate it if you could help.
