Compensation to EA App users who preordered missing
After one month of writing emails about my missing compensation (the one to the people who pre-ordered BF6 on the EA App and had problems playing it) and many cases, which got closed without asking, EA still didn't help me. They always replied with some copy and paste message. Some of these Support Agents even confirmed that I was eligible for the compensation, but still didn't do anything. Is there anything else I can do? Isn't it false advertisement? I am German so maybe the laws are different
