After one month of writing emails about my missing compensation (the one to the people who pre-ordered BF6 on the EA App and had problems playing it) and many cases, which got closed without asking, EA still didn't help me. They always replied with some copy and paste message. Some of these Support Agents even confirmed that I was eligible for the compensation, but still didn't do anything. Is there anything else I can do? Isn't it false advertisement? I am German so maybe the laws are different

Same with battlefield pro, 1st row of items are still locked. Got it for the tier skips extra rerolls, n weapon package the beast.
Only received the tier skips no extra rolls, or 1st line of items. Oh n can't host a server. On ps5... sux I see others in game with bfpro items that remain locked for me so idk. On ps5. I should of just played n enjoyed the game cause now its tainted...
Bet thier skins for sale in store took a huge hit. Why gamble on purchasing a skin package when there's a chance you won't even be able to use them. My last post on subject, a broken record over here....

Ive written many messages and basically was told, "Compensation related to the Battlefield 6 launcher bug, that all impacted players have already received the compensation. If you have not yet received yours you can also share your thoughts and experiences on the EA forum where other players can upvote similar issues and feedback." This just seems like a just yell into the void and get no response at this point.
I'm assuming, like most of us that really wanted to play, had the portal workaround to just play something when the issues were happening, so it looks like we played matches and didn't receive the compensation.
Annoying as hell, and will never buy anything from EA app again
