Same issue with no fix.
I have tried; unplugging all usb's
Linking and unlinking steam account
downloaded EA app
updated EA app
verify integrity of files in steam
reinstalled in steam
TPM 2.0 is enabled
all firewalls are off
every battlefield and EA related programs are allowed through the firewall
secure boot is enabled
modem reset
pc reset
EA app launched first then steam
run EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe as admin
I dont own any antivirus
EA help wont create a ticket when i try to submit one. just says try self service - MyLittleProny2 days agoSeasoned Novice

its apparently an issue between my isp and ea, ive tried mobile hospot it didnt help, ive tried 4 different vpns it didnt work, ive tried unplugging usbs it didnt work
we are **bleep**ed until they do something about this its on their end

I just got mine working after disabling the lcd screen that shows temp on the cpu. i did this in device manager under the USB section. Good Luck
