Re: Game Crashing With Unknown Error 0:85009S

i keep getting error code 1:85009s and being kicked out of the game in battlefield 6.

i already did all and every troubleshooting available through help.ea.com and i'm not in a vpn.

I already ruled out basic issues on my end, I also tried MANY things including a clean install of Windows 11 WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS.

I was able to play the game normally before the problem started last month.

I can't open a ticket (or "case") within EA support because they simply don't give me this option. Also the game is not eligible for a refund anymore.

Things I already tried:
- Secure boot is on
- VBS is on
- Windows 11 is fully activated
- I'm not on a VPN
- BF6 is the only game the problem shows (BF4 works fine)
- Already did a clean install of Windows 11
- Already uninstalled/repaired/reinstalled anti-cheat directly from installation directory
- Tried forwarding ports, enabling UPnP and even setting my PC as DMZ, didn't work
- Repaired the game many times
- Tried different DNSs (Google's DNS, Cloudflare DNS, OpenDNS, my own ISP DNS)
- My connection is reliable and stable in every other game, BF6 is the ONLY game this problem manifests
- Did a clean install of Windows and BF6 was the first thing I installed (besides Nvidia drivers and AMD chipset drivers), same problem
- Tried different hardware (different graphics card, different NVMe SSD)

Would be too much to ask for help from technical people from EA in solving this issue?
