Global game quota exceeded message on portal server

Not sure if this is best place to post this.  I created a portal server and I am having a hard time starting it.  Keep getting the message global game quota exceeded, game servers are at max capacity...

i keep getting a error when i want to host a portal code is there any fix for this or do i have to wait till EA fixes this?

 

Error = Global game quota Excceded

our game servers at capacity. We`re working to get you back in the game. [9:1470002S:- 1741111940]

Hi xChica999,

Since the message mentions server capacity, it's likely that there weren't any available slots at the time. There isn't much you can do other than trying later.
