I can't play with bots

I can't play with bots.  I failed to host one server in portal (community).  I only want to play with bots.

This is dumb, some people like myself just like playing bots. I played bots in 2042 for years and was happy. I don't have hours to play so sometimes I just want to own some bots and unlock a new red dot sight.
