Re: Purchased S2 Battle Pass/Pro after completion and didn't receive rewards

I reached 50% progress on the "warlords command" and then bought the Battle Pass using in-game currency. However, the rewards for the levels I've already completed haven't been granted to my account

I bought a Battlefield 6 Pro Pass on the EA website today, but the game shows it as locked. The EA platform is already linked to the Steam platform. I'd like to ask if this is a bug and how to solve this type of problem. Thank you for your reply.
