Instant Unlocks still locked for more than 24 days after purchasing BF Pro
I decided to post about this issue in the hopes that it will get more visibility with the developers and lead to a faster fix.
I bought BF Pro on October 30th, and i never received about half of the instant rewards. The game recognizes my Pro status and shows the items as unlocked in the battle pass screen, but they remain locked in the loadout menu.
I know I'm not alone and this has affected many players. Like others, I contacted support and was told it's a known issue that was being elevated to the dev team. But since that was over 24 days ago, the lack of any public update is concerning. It leaves me wondering if the developers are still aware of it, or if a fix is still planned.
It's been almost a full month. Could we please get at least a quick comment to let us know you're still aware of the problem? Any update would be greatly appreciated.
