Laser missle vs Heli

It’s been almost a month since the game’s release, and since day one there’s been massive abuse of this bug. Everyone is using the laser missile against helicopters, which don’t even get a warning when the missile is incoming. How has this still not been fixed? How is this even possible when so many players have reported it?
