Re: MANDATORY verify EA account that i don't have access to

I tried to launch BF6 but before I even get to play it, I get a "verify your EA account", i can't proceed without verifying it first and it's my only option. I can't login with the new EA account that i have made. It wants me to verify an old account that I don't have access anymore.

I go to EA HELP. The advisors tells me to give them the email for the EA account (don't know which one it is) and the ID (idk either). The only way I can help them is by giving them the PSN that is linked to. It helped them locate the account so they sent a prompt to my PSN account that would pop up once I launch an EA game BUT it doesn't pop up but ik that they did do something because it would crash my game sometimes.

I went through so many advisors, they ran out of resources whatever I need is something that they can't provide ,please someone help me. All I want is to unlink my old EA account from my PSN so I can link in my new EA account to it. I can't verify my old EA account but I CAN verify my PSN account, meaning that it is in my right to remove the EA account from it.
