BF6 Does not pull friends into game when matchmaking
Anybody else had issues where they start a custom search and there friends don't get pulled into the game? God **bleep** frustrating! Seems to be a cross play to console/PC issue All these issues are intermittent. Sometimes it works ok, next it doesn't. The pattern we've noticed is your character stands facing you when you start match making, that's when we notice it doesn't work.
Banned wrong account
My account was banned over 3 weeks ago and it's for the wrong person entirely. Ea support told me to go here and I've had 6 denied appeals for the wrong account!? Like what is going on. I didn't break the rules some other random account did and I got the ban. I've never broken a rule once since I've been an EA customer for over 12 years and played every BF title. What is going on with your TOS team?NOT receiving VERIFICATION CODE!
I am trying to log into my EA account and change my EA ID gamertag but every time I go to the website and login with my Gmail it asks for a verification code but EA is not sending me the code I have checked my spam, junk, and promotions. Also I do not have EA blocked from my emails. I can login to the EA app to play games on my PC but cant manage my account. Please help. Gamer tag is: TalibJannServers not connecting on new internet
Hello! I was told to write this from a customer support member but I recently just moved into my first apartment and with my new wifi I haven't been able to get online to any EA games for over a week. Every other online game is working for me, I've had the router manufacturers here twice now and there is no issue on their part, I've started my ps5 in safe mode and done what I can on my end and nothing has worked. do have a picture of my game got banned error code0x00102710 it said I got banned for an hour but today is day 2 of getting banned After I look over in help.ea.com it show that I have no penalty ban recently. Please watch my game history again maybe it was a bug in game I try clear cache and re- download Please take a look at this and help me fix my account that I spent money on Thanks you.
Please help me solve the problem of EA being bound to a Steam account
I just unbound my Steam account today because I no longer use my EA account and I need to bind a new EA account. However, when I tried to bind my new account to the Steam platform, it showed that my previous account had not been unbound. The most important reason is that my previous EA account had already been unbound. I would like to ask about the reason for this issue. Please help me
Two EA accounts
I found that I have two EA accounts. My main account, the one I know I've had that contains all my games, keeps giving me an invalid license error code. Then another account pops up an it's running my game but just the base game and I own every sim expansion, game, and kits. Can someone direct me as to how I can clear this up. These games are not cheap, and I really loved playing the sims. I just want my true account back and running properly. In the attachments you can see My true account and then this other account. PLEASE HELP ME.Does EA Customer Service Just Not Exist?
I am trying to get help with an EA account issue where apparently my Xbox account is linked to a disabled EA account (not sure how or why this has happened). I am trying to get the account removed and the proper account linked, but I cannot for the life of me get any customer service support. Hitting "Contact EA Help" just runs me in circles. Most of the time a start a chat button is not even populating on any of the help pages. I tried to open a case for a chat and the one time I allegedly got a response the chat window never even opened for me to reply. There is no other email contact or phone number. I seemingly cannot speak with a person at EA customer support despite being indicated that my issue will need live support. I do not know the information associated with this deactivated EA account, and since apparently EA does not care at all about providing customer service I am stuck in a situation where I cannot play Madden 25 online with my friends. Frankly this is the most frustrating customer service experience I have had in a long time. EA clearly is cutting corners with user support and it shows. They are absolutely useless and pathetic so far. The fact that I cannot even start an email conversation with support is just ridiculous.I GOT HACKED
I was playing apex from 2021 and i left gaming for more than 3 years and from a year ago my email got hacked so all my stuff was lost i managed to get most of them back but when i tried to get my EA account it appears like brand new but was toxic back then but interestingly my harassment tickets still there so that my only proof of being part of the game and on my steam account it says that i played the game for more than 40h and if origin was still there it would be more and more so i tried to link my EA account (which appears as brand new account) with my old steam to keep my progress and enjoy the game from what i left it on it keeps saying that is my account is already linked to a steam email with weird name and weird domain something i am not familiar with SO WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK
Cannot reset password!!
I'm at the end of my rope. I stopped playing 'Sims 4' 3 months ago, and during a chat with my 12 yo today about why, I wanted to show him Sims 3. Unfortunately, it's locked behind my EA app, and to log in to play it, I need to remember my EA password. I haven't used it for probably half a year, since I bypassed logging in constantly by linking my Steam account with it. I forced my EA app open by running Sims 4 with Steam, but it won't let me open Sims 3 while Sims 4 is running. I shut down Sims 4, only to see the EA app asking me to sign in. Fine. I'll try and remember my password. Nope. Reset password. And I get this infuriating message: Reset password on a recognized device You have 1 hour to complete the following: On a recognized device, launch an EA game with online features. Reset your EA Account password. Before starting, make sure the game is closed and launch it in online mode. So I launch sims 4 again and NOTHING HAPPENS! I only have the EA app on this device, unless it wants me to open the EA app on my kids computer...which no longer works...
