Remove emote reactions for Server Gnomes
Could you please remove the function that server gnomes on discord have to react to messages? I asked one to be kind the other day because I’ve noticed they make negative comments to people posting stuff in certain channels and have seen people end up deleting their contributions because of it. I then made a faux pas of not knowing that AI apparently harms the environment. I said live and let live if people want to use AI. Other members of the community including your gnomes then jumped on me saying that they literally can’t live, they can’t breathe, the birds are dying, water is being held hostage, etc. because of AI. Part of this pile on involved your gnomes leaving positive emotes on all the posts they agree with and a negative reaction on one of mine. I don’t think you gave them the ability so they could target and police people this way. I’ve seen this happen in other discords, you give certain people an elevated status and it creates a tribal like behaviour that others don’t want to go against as they don’t want to draw the ire of the tribe. Since I highlighted that what was being done was starting to amount to bullying, a few people have removed their negative reaction but I keep getting notifications that people are negatively reacting. There’s no way for me to add a positive emote for those that might agree that if you don’t like something, just ignore it and move on rather than leaving people negative comments so it’s a very one sided power the gnomes have. I think it should be removed from them. If people are incapable of understanding that sometimes people may disagree and they just have to accept that and ignore, they probably shouldn’t be representing you and have the power to target others when the people they are targetting have no equal power to respond. At the very least, can you please ask them to be kind to everyone and to not beat people with their morality sticks.

I completely understand the need to block software, drivers or virtual devices that are being used to create cheat-like behavior. However, I would really appreciate your help with my specific case, because I am trying to understand whether something similar could have happened to my account. I was permanently banned from Battlefield 6 on August 1, 2026 for "Gameplay Enhancement". I have been playing Battlefield since 2014 and have owned multiple games in the franchise. During more than 10 years of playing Battlefield, I have never received a warning, suspension or ban. My account has always had a clean history. I have never used aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, macros, injectors, memory editors, scripts, virtual input devices or anything designed to provide an unfair advantage. My appeal was denied, but I was never told what software, driver, behavior or detection actually triggered the "Gameplay Enhancement" violation. Could you please clarify whether Javelin can issue a permanent ban based on a software or driver detection alone, and whether these detections are manually reviewed before a permanent ban is applied? I fully support Javelin and legitimate anti-cheat measures. I just want to understand what happened to my account and have my case properly reviewed. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for transparency and a fair manual review, especially considering my 10+ years of clean Battlefield history. I would sincerely appreciate any help you can provide.lost email to account
hey i lost my email to my account and the live chat for the past few days has been in circles they try to get me to do a recovery via recognised device which seems to not work and they give me the same old answers and say they cannot do a manual verification this problem has made me refund fc 27 until its fixed because i cannot recieve any code and would love this issue to be pushed maybe to higher ups i have all the info billing details dob recent purchases even my fc 26 team anything ea will need i have thank you

Hello, My EA account has been hacked. The hacker changed the primary email address to their own email and linked their own Steam account. I can no longer access my original Steam account because it was also hacked. However, I can still sign in to my EA account using my original Google account because it is still linked to the EA account. I am the original owner of this EA account. I used it to play FIFA 23, and I would like to recover my account. Please help me remove the hacker’s email and Steam account and restore my ownership. My nvidia app has been faulty for a while with installing new drivers, so I decided after a few years of not updating them to manually install them through the official website. This worked and my drivers are up to date. However the day after, I received a ban on Apex Legends for “gameplay enhancement” and they didn’t explain what it was on my system that they detected. I’ve submitted three appeals now where I explained that after talking to an nvidia agent, they said that doing a clean installation of a lot of drivers at once makes a lot of big temporary changes to the system during the update process which can trigger a false positive on the easy anticheat system and this is likely the issue. I even provided the chat reference number by nvidia on the appeal which they said I can use as evidence. But I just keep getting the same automated email over and over again, “Hi, We’ve completed a new review of your most recent appeal regarding the action taken on your EA Account. Decision on your appeal After carefully reviewing your appeal, we have again confirmed that the penalty on your account was applied correctly and should remain in place.” And it’s just so very frustrating to not be able to talk to a human being from the EA support. I’ve been a big fan of the game and have played since season 0 and have spent money on this game. You can review all of my gameplay footage since season 0 and you can tell by all the very sucky gameplay that I haven’t used any cheats. After being loyal to the game for such a long time, it would be a shame for this to be how I quit. I’ve done a fourth appeal where I’ve mentioned how on the forums here, the same thing has happened and apparently turning off nvidia overlay through the app fixes things which I’ve now done so hopefully that fixes things.
Email linked to EA account deactivated
My EA account is linked to an Outlook email address that no longer exists because it had to be closed after being compromised. I can’t receive password reset or verification emails. I’d like to update the email address on my EA account. However, each time I go through the contact us option the AI bot takes me to the log-in page which I obviously cannot do. Is there any way to bypass it to talk to a real person?Account was compromised and support is unresponsive
I know that the mods of this forum don't have the power to change anything, but im really hoping for some guidance. My account was compromised and the hacker changed the email. Ive been able to login via my 2fa, but i cannot change my email back. Any support message I send with a case number gets reported back to the hackers email. I reached out to the live support, but its been 3+ hours with no reply. Any help would be appreciated.
