got hacked and when i restored the account it was banned
Hey everyone, I just wanted to explain my situation — my FC 26 account was hacked recently, and when I finally recovered it, I found out it had been banned I’ve already submitted a support ticket explaining that the ban happened while I didn’t have control of the account. Zens/devices are completely ruining the game. If you guys can fix the zen issue and make the game fair play for everyone on 2k26 people win percentages would be more accurate. There’d be less issues between players. We can all tell who is cheating. Why can’t you? The real individuals that put time and effort into being good at the game get no validation. Also we should be getting more recognition since we put so much time in. People have been cheating, rep glitch boosting, all kinds of things on this nba 2k26 game and nothing ever gets done. What’s the point of having a ranking system and leaderboards if you’re going to allow cheating to happen….. please just ban all devices that help you shoot better. It is not fair that people can use these scripts to cheat everyone out of wins constantly on the game. It’s not always one person cheating sometimes it’s multiple. Hi EA Support, I'm writing to get help with a Transfer Market ban on my FC 26 PS5 account. I received an email from EA stating that I’ve been banned from the transfer market, but when I check my EA account status online, it shows no active ban or restriction. This contradiction is confusing, and I'm unsure what actions (if any) triggered this. For the record, I have never used third-party services to buy coins or break any of EA’s rules. I’ve spent a lot of time grinding the game legitimately. I kindly ask for a manual review of my account to clear up this situation. I believe this restriction may have been applied incorrectly. Does anyone experience FC 26 kicking you out of the server while you are winning a game. you quickly login and FC 26 gives you a disconnection warning knowing it’s their issue. I’ve been trying to complete the Ultimate Gauntlet 4 final objective of winning the tournament with 3 games in a row. I’ve twice been kicked out of the server in the last five minutes of the game while I was winning and advancing to the final game. I tried contacting them, but today I could not reach the chat department they have in India. It’s awful how they treat their customers. It’s not my internet connection. I have one of the best, specifically for gaming and personal office. This same issue happens a lot around 4:30 - 5:30 PM PST and 10:30 PM PST. Only this time it involved the Ultimate Gaunlet 4 games in off hours. So, my other EA account was banned when a hacker got the login info for it and changed the email associated with it. It took me forever to get even an ounce of help from EA and their staff. When I did the guy helping me did find the account and switch it back to the correct email. Then promptly close the chat with no other info. What the problem is when they ban an account they leave no way to get help on it like none at all even if it’s not your fault. You can’t get on forums. The worst part is you can’t live chat with an adviser. Now they also have closed every single case I have opened with no email back after 2 weeks. I KNOW this will probably get shut down real fast cause I don't have a "real" issue lol but it IS A REAL ISSUE TO US!!. We would like to be able to talk to a real live breathing human being about our issues. Not just through forums, but on phone. Some things are hard to explain. How is it that a company as big as yours does not offer that? A suggestion would be offer remote support to those that need it. Like me!!! We are not all geeks, some of us just like to play a game but don't know much bout computers. It's very frustrating when you can't play and can't get the help you need and you've paid all this $$ for these games. But yet the company don't offer much at all at customer support or tech support. Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password. That's what I get every time I try to login. I have reset the password more times than I care to admit. Can't login through my email. I can login through my PS and steam account. What the hell is even that? It's going on for more than 4 months that I am aware of. Any solutions? I have been trying for over a week to get into a live chat with EA support regarding unlinking my Xbox account from 2f********@disabled.ea.com - an email address that is obviously not mine. I have only ever had one xbox account and one EA account. Refund for BF6?
So played the game, didn't enjoy it. Tried going through livechat support for a refund - nil help. Asked a question about EA's great game guarantee which the rep stated he couldn't provide details as it was a "security risk" which is ridiculous. Then ended the chat prematurely because when asked if we can escalate the issue to someone who can help. Unacceptable honestly. Game time on the app says 2hrs and 3 minutes. Between loading and trying to find a server to play, there's no way actual playtime is above 2hrs. Yet when you ask their support chat, they are super unhelpful and clearly stick to their script and wont actually escalate any issues. I'm honestly so tired of fighting with EA, but I need to vent, so here's my rant/story about why I've been boycotting EA for 14 years. I know nobody will read this, and there's a good chance the mods will just lock or delete it, but c'est la vie. Around the release of Battlefield 3, I was stationed in Germany as a U.S. servicemember. I was pretty hyped for BF3; I'd been playing Battlefield since BF1942. So, when BF3 finally hit the Base Exchange, I went and bought the Limited Edition with access to the 'Back to Karkand' expansion when it got released. My problems began when I got home and went to install it. At the time, EA had just relaunched and rebranded their store app as Origin. Using Origin was a requirement to play Battlefield 3. I started installing BF3, and when it got to the part where I had to download Origin, the only option available was to download the German version because I had a German IP. I do not speak Deutsche. I had a similar issue with Steam in Korea, so I mailed their support, and they quickly responded with a fix to access the U.S. store and all of my content. I figured the case would be the same with EA, so I mailed support explaining my situation and expected they'd quickly send me a link to download the U.S. version of Origin. Here's the response I received: "Greetings , Thank you for contacting EA customer services. It is always a pleasure to assist our customer. I can understand how frustrating issues like this can be and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I understood your concern. I want to inform you that you can purchase the game only according to country price from where you want to purchase the game. I suggest you to contact your friend who know German or you can use Google translator to understand the conversation. We are looking forward to assist you! Regards, Kaushal EA world wide customer expert." Not only did the outsourced help not understand my complaint, but the entire suggestion was to 'contact a friend who knows German'. I was dumbstruck. About a month later, hoping for a different result, I tried opening up a new ticket and explaining again what my issue was. I'm not going to post the response to that one, as it was just a long copy/paste pre-formatted explanation on how to clear the cache on Origin and re-install. Again, it completely ignored my actual issue. Anyway, a month later I bought another EA game - Star Wars: The Old Republic. I couldn't play that one because you had to sign up with a credit card, but they didn't accept APO, AE addresses in their system. When I contacted them about that, they told me to try to find a gametime card. Even if I did find one, that would have meant I had to spend even more money when the game clearly advertised itself as coming with one free month of playtime. After that, I decided never to buy an EA game again. What really sticks in my craw now, however, is that all of my friends are playing Battlefield 6 and bugging me every day to 'just buy it', but there's no way I'm giving more money to a company that screwed me twice on brand new games and refused to help in any way.
