MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS...
I created an account back when I was strictly on console. to play an EA game. I linked it to my playstation account. After making the switch to PC I didn't realize I already had an account. I created a new account under a different email and linked it to my steam account. I recently bought split fiction and wanted to play with a friend on console, and it will not let me move neither my steam account to the one my playstation is linked to nor my playstation to the one my steam is linked to. making this game unplayable. I don't know what to do as both times when I tried unlinking and adding all linked accounts to the same EA account it gives me the message... An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime. and An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account in its lifetime respectively depending on which account it is... is there no fix for this? EA Customer Service says their is nothing they can do and told me to create a 3rd account, but I feel I will get these same messages. Also, thru doing this I now get a message I cannot unlink my PS account until September, it is March now... So... am I just SOL? Please Help!
Verification code not sending
I've been trying to change my account email for months, since October. It turns out that every time I go to the option to change email, it says that a code was sent to my email, but this code never arrives. I've checked everything and my email isn't blocking EA's address. I even created a sub-email in the same email provider and after that I created another EA account and the verification codes arrive in this account. In other words, the problem isn't MY email. Since October, I've been trying to contact EA support but they've never answered me. They just close the cases. I've already opened 4 cases and nothing. Since I can't receive verification codes, I can't even change my account password. I can only log in to it through the connected Xbox account. How can support be so bad that after I create several tickets, I don't get a response and they still "close" the case? I've been having this problem for months. If official support doesn't help me, what's left for me to do?
MADDRN 25-MUT-H2H WINS NOT NEING RECORDED
Anyone else have their h2h wins not being recorded to their overall record. This has happened to me in the seasons game mode as well as champions. I am also experiencing a blackout that says servers not available when I try to substitute certain players in the lineup screen. I am having to go into my item manager and promote to starter several players to get them in the correct order in the lineup but will not let me adjust specialist. I finally got to speak to someone representing EA and was basically told to report the problem here and that there's not much they could do. I am playing a game that I paid full price for that EA and Madden has no problem charging money for extra content yet I can't even get the content that I earned. This has cost me several players and coin packs by not counting my wins when I should have made it to the end of such game mode. If anyone has any suggestions please help.

I want to share my thoughts about EA support and hacked- banned accounts. Couple months ago i was sloppy af in the web and my mails got hacked and i mean all my mails got hacked. As u understand i had various problems with bank accounts etc and ofc with most of my accounts on various platforms. Thank god i managed to overlap all problems with banks etc and all of my accounts in other platfmors. Last account that i v tried to recover was the EA account. After a help from EA live chat we managed to recover my account back to me and then i discover that my account was banned. Ofc i opened a ticket on support explaining my problem and after some days which the EA guys investigate my case the ban was lifted and my account is clear and back to me. Short story is that once more proven that 99% of cases if a ban is wrong then it is gonna be lifted. If you be unlucky and be banned for no reason have faith, contact whoever needed and be patient. Once more a big thanks to EA support for taking care of my problem. Greetings from beutiful Greece and happy gaming to everyone.
I really dislike EA at the moment.
I don’t understand how they function! Yes they have some grate games. But F*** the lack the gamers point of view. It’s actually insane. No it’s embarrassing! I have an old account that is linked with my PSN and can’t get it transferred to my main ea account. You can only link one in a life time. Like who tf only have one account. And no it’s not a chipped account or anything. It’s just teenage me being a teenager having multiple account as most gamers does. No help to get from customer support ether. Really disappointed as I now can’t join in on play test on console “ever” Never going to spend a dime at EA again. If it wasn’t for their good games I would boycott them.
Can’t link PSN account to EA Account
It’s absolutely insane that you can only link 1 PSN account to your EA account in its lifetime. I had a PS3 many years ago and have lost access to that PSN all together, in fact I beleive it’s been deleted. I’ve recently purchased a PS5 and no I’m unable to log in and play ANY ea games with my current EA Account. Ive already raised a support ticket 3 months ago and I haven’t had a single response since. I know it’s possible for them to do it, I’ve seen it’s been done for others but it’s disgusting how impossible support is to get a hold of.

So late last week, one of our own, (storyupkids) suffered a tragic loss, his 8month old daughter passed away while she slept, from S.I.D.S (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) I am sure a lot of people that read this may not have children but trust me when I say, this is a parent's worst nightmare, no one should have to go threw this, I have set up a Go fund me page for him and his wife to get threw these hard times, and hope that anyone who reads this could help pitch in, even 1.00, 5.00 whatever, I know times are tough for a lot of people, but trust me they could get a lot tougher.This is the link to the go fund me page for Aria https://gofund.me/25bfeb9d thank you everyone for taking the time to read this. Official EA Phishing help contradicts itself
The official Phishing help page on the EA website explicitly states that "All ea.com subdomains will lead with the subcategory, then ea.com", however the playtesting site contradicts this "ea.arcsivr.com". This makes any invite to playtest seem like a phishing attempt. I believe this should be corrected or at least specifically stated as an exception to the rule so that the website regains some legitimacy.
I still can't link my EA account after 5+ "ESCALATED" Cases..I'm at my witts end
So I had combined my Steam EA account and my Xbox EA account into 1 EA Account, but i needed to re-connect my current Xbox Gamertag/Microsoft Account to my primary EA account. I had received an error saying "linked accounts found" which was my first gamertag when i bought my first xbox AS A KID. I check Spam, i do not reopen cases like they say, but i never receive an actual email updating me on the case just crickets.. I created a EA case beginning of last year to just simply UNLINK my OLD xbox gamertag and replace with my CURRENT one so i can play online and not lose any progress. Fast forward over 5 cases later i still have not had a resolution! I even tell them the situation and they still repeat the same process of getting my info, sending them a code, then after i explain everything again it's the same "send to our dedicated team" convo like these: Kartik-Singh: I am sending this case to our dedicated team who will make changes to your EA account so that you can link your Xbox account to it without any issues. Kartik-Singh: Our team will send you an email confirmation for this. You can expect the email confirmation within next 24-48 hours. Kartik-Singh: I can surely understand that we did this before for you as well on your previous case. Me: I appreciate your help Kartik-Singh, but unfortunately i have done this process at least three times and this dedicated team does not email or contact me. Me: I have constantly checked my spam folder and these cases were escalated and still nothing Kartik-Singh: No worries, I have mentioned the details to our team. Kartik-Singh: Do not worry at all Krishun, this will surely be done as soon as possible. Kartik-Singh: Once you receive an email confirmation you will be able to link your Xbox account without any issues. Has anyone else had issues with the "Escalated team" ?Recover battlelog stats
Hey i know this is an extreme long shot but does anybody know if there is ANY way at all to retrieve progression/unlock stats from MoHW since the server shutdown? [Edit - EA_Barry] It's a bit of a personal ocd thing but it's really very important to me right now to be able to at least see those. Not trying to get server access or anything. Just pulling up my stats. And EA help hasn't answered my inquiry whether or not it is possible.
