I need help. There’s a strange Steam account connected to my EA account that I never linked. I do have my own Steam account, but the IDs don’t match. I tried to unlink it, but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? The Steam ID doesn’t look like a real one either… it’s just two characters and six numbers.How can I report a game committing fraud from using the Sims 4
Hello everyone, Original title was "How can I report a different game committing fraud by using The Sims 4 imagery to promote their game?" but it was too long. As the title suggests, I just saw an ad on Instagram promoting a game by using The Sims 4. The company does NOT try to hide at all that their ad is fully made in The Sims. I just wanted to know how I could report this issue to EA directly or if I report it through the forums, as I'm afraid this might be breaking a couple of laws... Let me know if the name of the company, the name of the team working on the game, and/or the name of the game are needed. Thank you!My account get stolen and banned.
I stopped playing apex around 2024. My account got stolen and banned till this time I came back to play. Tried to contact with EA but they dont even care! Can't contact with advisor. Please help me with that cause im getting crazy that was sooo expensive account and got banned cause someone fu** with a TOS...
Omega Canisters
Has anyone else have problems with NOT getting omega items from canisters? I have had the milestone to buy and open up to 25 canisters now 5 times in last 9 weeks and I don’t get what I require to upgrade as I require 17 of each to do so. I also buy them from omega mall too. It’s very annoying as I need to upgrade my bank and storage in order for me to get more buildings. At the moment it’s 65/135000 I have 410 all up but want to increase to 500. Becoming harder.Can't access account
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ive spoken to so many people in EA and they sent the same automatic response everytime because ive not got enough security details. I JUST WANT MY GIFT CARD ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT. Actually in tears getting no help and they dont care. I dont have acsess to my old email i know my password but requires 2 factor authentication. HELP ME SOMEONE PLEASE. I dont care about my email can someone just add my gift card. CRASHING OUT SOMEONE HELP ME WHY IS THERE NOT A NUMBER TO CALL
Trying to switch Xbox accounts
I've been trying to switch Xbox accounts for about a year by now, every time I've been told that "I can only link to one xbox account and that xbox account is already linked. Well, I've unlinked that xbox account and deleted it and I still can't link my actual Xbox account to my EA account, it is insane that I have to post about this in a forum instead of being able to file a proper support ticket. Please help me solve this issueworthless
I reported something wasn't working, and they told me to contact the person I bought the game from. If we couldn't resolve the issue, they'd be happy to help. I'd already contacted EA before contacting them, and they couldn't help me. So I asked for help from EA, and they just told me to do what I'd already done, otherwise they wouldn't help me.Old Game Revival?
There was an old iOS game created by Crowdstar Inc. called Mermaid World that was loved by many people. The company was bought by Glu Mobile which was bought by Electronic Arts (EA). I see plenty of people reminiscing and posting old photos of this game. The art was so pretty and the mermaids were beautiful. You could collect mermaids, send them out to find treasure, and decorate their living spaces. The mermaids had stats of their mood and it was truly rewarding getting one to an “ecstatic” mood. You could buy mermaids and you could also “call” mermaids. Based on their color and type they would call in other mermaids, some rare and some common. I remember the first day I got a golden mermaid I was so happy, she was so pretty. I miss this game a lot. It’s indescribable how much I miss this game and would pay or do anything to play it again. What are the chances we can get this game a revival? I can imagine it being a hit mobile game with children, teens, and adults. I believe this game has a lot of potential, and with modern advert culture I think it would thrive. How and who can I convince to get this game up and running again? I apologize if this is not posted in the correct group, I’m not familiar with this site. If you can, please point me in the direction I need to go. Thank you!!Please EA bring RR3
Hello EA Team, I am a long-time Real Racing 3 fan. It was the most realistic and skill-based racing game on mobile. There is no free alternative that matches its physics, tracks, and car feel. Please consider bringing back Real Racing 3 or developing Real Racing 4. Many players still love this game and would support it. Thank you.EA account not fully linking with xbox account
So I bought the xbox game pass and was trying to get titanfall 2 so I made an EA account to get it (the game should be free with the gamepass) But after linking my xbox and EA accounts it says I need to pay money for it even though it should be included in the gamepass. I used different emails for my xbox account and the EA account so that might be the problem. If so how would I fix it?
