Banned for a week
I've got this problem I was banned for a week I was banned for:- Suspension: Your EA Account You broke our rules against Inappropriate content This means using excessive or extremely offensive language or creating content that is significantly inappropriate for the specific game maturity level, community, or individual e.g. nudity, violent language, obscene content The problem I've got is I've no idea what the Inappropriate content is, the game is pegi 12, which means:- PEGI defines this rating: ‘Video games that show violence of a slightly more graphic nature towards fantasy characters or non-realistic violence towards human-like characters would fall in this age category. Sexual innuendo or sexual posturing can be present, while any bad language in this category must be mild.’ So what Inappropriate content did I do, so I can avoid doing the same mistake in the future!!!Account Hacked and No Response from Customer Support
Dear EA Support, My EA account has been hacked, and I have tried to contact your customer support five times without receiving any meaningful response or assistance. This situation is extremely frustrating. I have been waiting for help for a long time, and despite multiple attempts to reach support, my issue remains unresolved. Honestly, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When a customer’s account security is compromised, I expect timely support and clear communication. I urgently request that someone review my case and help me recover my account as soon as possible.
Old Gmail is inaccessible, help
Hi all, When I made my EA account it was with an old gmail account that I made back in 2007 and since then it has been completely filled in memory with no capacity to receive new emails. It is also overloaded and I cannot find a way to delete sufficient memory from the account to make it active again. What is the alternative that I can do because when I try to change the email, EA wants to send a confirming code to the old email and I can't even add a phone number to the account. I'm unsure of how to move forward. I'm not locked out of the account, my password still works.
Not receiving code for account linking for twitch
So I have been trying to link my ea account with my twitch account. But whenever I press send code. I never ever ever receive it. I have checked multiple times that it is the right email however I’m still not receiving the code. Please help urgently!2 step verification not recieving email.
So I've been trying to get access to my EA account to link it to my Steam so I can play on that instead of the EA app. I have all my usernames and passwords, but for some reason, it always asks for a 2-step verification to my email, which I still have access to. I can't find the email anywhere. I have read all the articles its not in my spam or junk, I haven't blocked the account its just not there. Anyone got ideas?
EA just ignores posts?
Do EA genuinely just ignore all the posts they cba to do or takes too much effort and only solve the small problems? Like all the massive posts with huge lists of comments bumping it and yet they get completely ignored but a small post with 10 views asking for help with a simple question is almost ALWAYS solved. Hi Two of my EA accounts have been compromised. Someone changed my password email address and phone number. I've used both accounts and spent plenty of money on them and would love to get my account back but yall make that incredibly hard. I've gone through the "link" on what to do if you're compromised which helps nothing once you've already been hacked. I've tried to use the live chat option but its just a AI that asks me what game am i playing and on what. Once i say PC all it does is send me back to that stupid link on how to "secure your account". I've also found the link to make tickets but i haven't heard anything back yet or receive any emails for confirmation. I also made an extra account just to make the tickets and have them under "my cases" but nothing seriously pops up. I seriously need help or an update SOMETHING please.
Help Unlink EA Account
I cant get into the eamil my account is under and I cant get in contact with a real person to help me, I just want to unlink my xbox account and link it to a new EA account I made for my PC but I cant get any help from the AI chat bot because it just sends me an email for a case but I cant get into that email. Anyone know how to get in touch with a real person to help?
Hacked
Is it safe to add my account back to my profile after the hackers hacked it and got me banned from apex even tho I have been disputing it so many times to the point that I think they don’t care anymore, but truly is it safe to put all my gaming connections back into my account even if the steam account from the hacker is still on my profile?My acoount got stolen and i cant acces it anymore
So my account got stolen back in few days ea sent me a mail about acces code so i click thats not me and it send to me a site that writes thank you for your report we will handle something like that. i didnt try log in my account till today i was gonna download FC26 i wrote my email and it said there is no account with this email. i tried to log in directly with google and it send me there (i add photo on attachments) but they are not my informations not my mail not my phone number. now i cant log in my account anymore. i tried to contact with ea app thing like ai helper i dont know its name but i didnt get any help from it sadly. how can i take my account again? i can prove that was my account and tech team can see there was my mail on account before it got hacked i didnt buy the games on ea app i bought it in other platforms like epic games or steam. thanks. my account name before it got stolen: AshWlnder my mail before my account got stolen: [edit: email address removed] [Images removed, personal info visible - CM]
