Can't unlink Steam Account
Firstly, I got falsely banned on my account which means I have NO access to customer service. Secondly, when I try to unlink my steam account, it simply does not work. When I tried to contact customer service, it denies me option to do so as it is greyed out. I am asking for help to manually delink my account. Im fed up, this is a joke. Im not spending another $30 on another steam account to buy the same game. Disgrace

Hello, I purchased the EA Play Subscription because I wanted the Deployment pack in Battlefield 6 but this was not given to me, so I cancelled, why pay when I am not given the pack, so I jumped onto the chat and oh my god, what a bunch of time wasting that was. The first person Vineet, after I typed that I purchased the EA Play for the deployment pack, literally didn't understand and asked me 3 times what I needed even though I explained it clearly, total waste of time, he then transferred me to Versha who read the chat, sent a link to submit feedback and transferred me to Sahil who after me telling him to read up, transferred me to Keshav who surprise surprise, wanted to transfer me again, at this point with the stupidity from the worst customer service ever, I left the chat. I am not sure who or how to complain about this shocking customer service but yeah! Take it as feedback if you want but people like that should not be in customer service!
Extreme FPS drops after 30 minutes in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team (PC)
Hi everyone, I’m posting here because EA Support hasn’t been able to help, and I’m hoping the community might have some insight. I’m experiencing a serious performance issue in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team. What happens: -I launch the game and enter Ultimate Team -For the first ~30 minutes everything is perfectly fine -The first Rivals match runs without any issues In the second match: -First half is completely fine -Second half becomes unplayable: extreme lag and massive FPS drops -It feels like 1 frame per second, constant stuttering and screen jumping Important details: I haven’t found a permanent solution Restarting the game fixes it, but only for another ~30 minutes After restarting, the exact same cycle repeats EA Support only suggested basic troubleshooting, which did not help At this point, restarting the game is the only temporary fix, but it’s obviously not a real solution. If anyone has experienced something similar or has any idea what could cause this (memory leak, settings, background process, etc.), I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

During the campaign, my game crashed. When I rebooted, I found a message that my account has been banned. Since then, the following has happened: I've spoken to an agent through EA Advisor - they told me it's EA's Terms of Service team that takes care of these bans. I opened case 1: It's been transferred about 5 times since Sunday, and is still sitting under my cases. I opened case 2: during the lifecycle of this case, a "gameplay enhancement" ban did appear under my penalty history, but then I got an email from EA saying they're closing it since it's a duplicate. My ban then disappeared from my penalty history. I keep receiving emails from EA regarding the game as if I'm an active player (attached to the post): The above email came in 14 hours ago. After scouring the forums and thorough online investigation, I still have no idea what about my system could've triggered the ban. I have never cheated, wanted to cheat, or done anything that would've violated EA's terms of service. The two potential culprits I found (unconfirmed, and according to the web) that could've done this are: NVIDIA Overlay - used for my GPU SignalRGB - used for my physical PC LEDs Razer Synapse - used for my headset The friends that I've been desperately wanting to play with run the exact same software as me, and have had no issues. I can't activate the key
Hello I won a key for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, but I can't activate it because after I select the desired language, the launcher freezes (or something else is wrong) and I can't scroll to the Apply button. I was going to link my steam account to EA account it says another steam account is already linked to my steam account (which is not mine) and when i tried to unlink that the button is not working i got the two factor code but clicking the unlink button just shows to unlink steam. It's been over a month and I have filed multiple appeals, I still haven't heard a single word from EA Support. I paid $70 for the new Battlefield 6 on Xbox and found out my account had been disabled when I tried to play the game. My account tells me I have no violations. Now there is nothing to do but file appeal after appeal and wait to MAYBE get an email. I either want to be able to play the game with my account or I want my $70 back. It is an absolute disgrace that there is no actual customer support that one can get decently quick help with/through. Is there a way I can delete my old EA account and create a new one so I can at least play the game I spent $70 on? I feel like that may be the only option since getting help from "customer support" apparently isn't going to happen.
Multiple EA accounts
Is it okay to have multiple EA accounts and, if so, how would it work? I would like to make another account so I can change the language to the language I'm trying to learn. Sims 4 is free to get, so I wanted to download it on a new account and install it with the language I want to learn. How would it work if both accounts are used on the same user? Would they share the data or would it break things? Should I make another computer user to do this?
Unable to Resume Support Case on EA Help

When I try to resume an open case by clicking "Resume Case," it just takes me back to the My Cases page instead of letting me continue with my case. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Hello, I have tried to submit a ticket but it won't complete, so I thought I'd ask here. I've a very old account, which has BF3/ 4 / MOHW all connected but the ISP no longer use any of the old email addresses and I can't access the account. I also have a separate account which has BF6 on it, which is this account. Is it at all possible to retrieve the old account and somehow add it to a separate email address and how can that be done please, as in, do I need to contact someone to do it? I can provide name, DoB, address, even my old Battle Log info, screenshots etc and old email address. But I have no access to that whatsoever. To make things worse, it was inadvertently linked with an X-Box account, but I can look into that after addressing this.
