EA linked to non-existent Twitch account
Been keen for BF6 twitch drops and maybe early beta access. So I've tried to link my EA account to my twitch however I get greeted by the message that my EA account has already been linked to an account under the name of 'H6jqg3VF4tGZqDm'. While it is a strong password if anyone wants to borrow it, it is in fact not my twitch account. I'm not sure if my account was hacked before my 2fa was set up and someone used my EA account for their twitch (seems unlikely) or I've linked an account many many years ago. Either way EA policy means i cant use my current working twitch because of this mystery account. I've tried a few times to get a ticket raised yet nothings showing up on the my cases tab on EA help so figured this is my next best option to try and remove this link to allow me to link my current twitch account. Ridiculous Ban From Your Moderator
First post ever. Not really sure where to post this. I've attempted to contact support here multiple times only to be given the run around <removed inappropriate comment> Anyway, excited for the BF6 release after playing beta, but still holding back too much hope due to the track record of games lately (broken on release, terrible performance, changing things up too much etc) it was good to feel BF6 return to what its supposed to be about. I made 1, single, post, in the history of the BF6 community hub, and got an instant permanent ban. I am obviously very annoyed and confused by why this even happened. But as you can see in the attachment, it's as clear as day the moderator abuse. Judging by their reasoning and the overused buzzword 'bigot' as being a reason, I'm still confused by what part of my short sentence could be politically charged or something? I'm not American so you know, I don't really know the ins and outs of these things because it doesn't really affect me. Whoever issued this ban needs to have their moderator privileges revoked. I've never once had an issue in the over a decade this account has existed on EA, and even longer on steam. And the ban can also be removed as in no reality is this ban correct or applicable. Thanks. My account was suddenly permanently closed, and I cannot submit an appeal.
My main account was suddenly given a permanent closure notice. The account is actually inaccessible now. Before it was closed, the only actions I took were changing my password and submitting the Battlefield 6 beta key. The biggest problem is that, for reasons I don’t fully understand—maybe related to the email provider I used to create the account—aside from automated messages like verification codes or closure notices, I never receive any communication. Attempting to create a case or submit an appeal through the affected account always results in errors. Because of this, I tried submitting a case as a non-member using a different email. I’ve spoken with several agents via live chat, but the answers were all the same: use this link (https://help.ea.com/ko/help-tools/penalty-history/ ) to create a case and submit detailed information to the Terms of Service team—we don’t have access. The problem is, when I try to log in with the account required to submit a case via that link, the process fails, making it impossible to submit an appeal. Yet this is the only answer I ever get. The stress over this account issue is literally making me feel like I’m losing my hair. Battlefield 6, such a highly anticipated game, is coming out, but I’ve unfairly lost my account and it seems I’ll never get it back. Honestly, part of me wishes EA would just disappear completely. Truly. I am not proficient in English, and the pages translated into my language are even more lacking than the English ones. Please understand that this is the only way I can express my frustration.I can’t renew my e-mail account.
I purchased Dragon Age Veilguard through Epic Games and was asked to create an EA account in order to play the game. However, I no longer use the e-mail address I registered with, and when I try to change the e-mail address linked to my account, the system does not allow it. Please let me change my e-mail address.Why are you making this so complicated? I don’t understand. On the other hand, I also want all save files and data related to Dragon Age Veilguard to be deleted.
Cannot Submit a Discord Ban Appeal
Hi all, I recently got banned from one of EA's discord and I don't think it was in line with their charter. I've tried submitting a ticket twice. I didn't get a confirmation email on either time and I got the following text on the website when submitted. A confirmation email sent to null with your case info. I believe it should say my email where it says "null" but it seemingly is unable to do it. For any staff that might somehow be here, the case is #224561673. I don't know whether or not it's actually been sent or not, but I'll try to submit again tommorrow. Any help would be appreciated on how to make this work.
Whenever I log in to my EA account, it makes me reset my password to enter.
I play FC 26 and have been playing the FC titles for multiple years. At least once or twice a day, I am asked to log back in to my EA account through the FC companion app. When I do, it tells me my password is wrong, which it’s not, or, my credentials are expired. Because of this, I have had to reset my password various times. Is there any fix to this? This problem persists even when I try to log in to my EA account through the official EA website.EA Contact Form doesn't work and support sucks
Does anyone know how to get in contact with EA? Their help system sucks big time and when you eventually get to a contact form it doesn't work and the Submit button does nothing! Hoping someone in the forums can help as impossible to actually reach out to EA for any issues! ☹️😭 I have purchased and redeemed a Battlefield 6 code but can't find anyway to actually now download the game and it's not showing up anywhere for me, but says the code has been claimed if I try to reenter it. Their rubbish help articles say to login to your account and redeem it and download the game but nothing in the my account area. 😠😠Desync in CUT Squads
I got kicked out of my national championship game in CUT squads! I was the only one who desynced and my duo partner ended up winning the game. After i closed the app I see that they got the score right, but gave me a LOSS instead. I was expecting to atleast have a chance to play the championship game which is what is supposed to happen, never have I been given a loss on a desync until now and it was in the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.NHL 24 Xbox one version, EA play not allowing me to play through cloud gaming.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but just looking for any help on how I can cloud game NHL 24 Xbox One version, through the Xbox app and EA Play. The NHL 24 X/S series works through cloud gaming and the app on computer, but the Xbox One version doesn't, and my friends play on Xbox One version. On my computer and though the Xbox app and EA Play, there will be no green tab to play NHL 24 Xbox one version there will only be a share tab to click on. On my mobile version of the app it will show a green tab but it says to upgrade included in ultimate, but I have ultimate hence why I can load and play the X/S version of 24. Any help would be great, or maybe it's a syncing issue through EA Play and Cloud Gaming, maybe this way it lets someone know as well. Added photos to show.Unlink the unlinked Steam account?
My both Steam and EA accounts are not linked but when i try to link these two accounts, it says ''this EA account linked other Steam account.'' But in account management, THERE ARE NO LINKED STEAM ACCOUNTS. How? Why cant i see? Both are not linked. Please help me...Can't submit an appeal
I believe my EA account has been hacked. I haven't logged in since playing Survivor, and I've never played any Battlefield games. My account is banned for some unknown reason, and I don’t cheat or hack. I play on Xbox with an Elite Series 2 controller. My first appeal went unanswered for a month, despite their stated 10-day response time. This ban prevents me from buying future EA titles, which is frustrating. I updated my passwords as advised, but I'm unable to enable two-factor authentication due to an error. I've tried submitting another appeal multiple times, but the system doesn't allow it. After closing my active appeal ticket, I still can't submit again. I've done everything requested, and this is my last attempt. I'm considering not purchasing another EA title due to their ineffective anti-cheat system. My penalty board says I have none.
