MFA not working for new login
I am experiencing an issue with multi-factor authentication on my account. Here is a summary of my efforts to self-fix and my frustration with EA's AI-enabled chat. I was last able to access my account in April 2026. Since then, I updated my wifi to a different provider. That is the only change I can think of that may impact my ability to login. I have had an EA account for years and never experienced a login issue until this week. I remember my email and password. However, when prompted to enter in a code for authentication purposes, none is sent. The code is not sent to my email address. I added the EA email to the safe sender list. The email still does not come. I attempted to login with my cellphone number, but a text containing a login code never came. I also attempted to login through Google, but again, after clicking "Send code" no code is sent. Finally, I attempted to use a Passkey. I was able to scan the QR code but no passkey was found. So, I tried to login on an internet browser, but the same thing happened. No code was ever provided to my email or phone. Finally, I uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app. But still, the MFA function does not work. After trying multiple ways of logging in, I decided to contact the help desk. I was prompted to use the AI-enabled chat box. After going through the auto-mated functions, the chatbot told me to contact an EA Adviser. However, after clicking the contact adviser, the webpage tells me "This issue isnt supported by advisors." So that was also a dead-end. I made the account I am posting this message with an alternative email address. Any thoughts?

Hello EA Sports, I am a 7-year-old football fan, and I wanted to ask if there is any possibility of receiving access to FIFA 19 for Laptop. Unfortunately, my laptop cannot run the FC 26 Showcase smoothly, but I would love the chance to play FIFA 19 if there is any official way to get access to it. My Laptop specifications are: Laptop: ASUS X550VXK Operating System: Windows 10 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M GPU Driver: Version 582.66 (WHQL) RAM: 8 GB Controller: Havit HV-G69 USB Vibration Gamepad I understand if this isn't possible. Game: FC 26 EA ID: okbbq724 Hi Community Managers, I am writing this to request an urgent manual escalation for my account. My FC 26 account was wrongfully banned recently, but when I try to submit an official appeal on EA Help website, it constantly throws the "Case not created" error. This has been happening for over 24 hours across different devices, networks, and browsers. Furthermore, my account status seems totally glitching. Even though my account is currently permanently banned (Red Notice), I just received another automated email from EA today claiming my "Web App Transfer Market access is restricted" (Yellow Notice). This multi-penalty conflict is clearly bricking the EA Help submission interface, making it completely impossible for me to create a ticket normally. Could a Community Manager please look into my account status and manually escalate my appeal to the Terms of Service (ToS) team? i tried at least 10 times in the span of 1h, but i just didnt recive the code, ea emails wasnt on blocked, i checked all the gmail folders, tried to log in with my psn but that requiered an email code as well, is there any way to log in an account without having to use gmail code?
Can't unlink old account from Xbox
I have an old EA account linked to my Xbox account, but I don't have access to the email it was made with nor do I have any information to prove it is mine. I don't care about getting the account back, I just don't want it linked to my Xbox account anymore, but for some reason Xbox isn't able to do anything about it. I already contacted EA support 3 times, and every time I'm unable to prove ownership of the account, because I haven't used it in years.Reset password for my account.
I apparently have two EA sports accounts and can’t seem to unlink one so that I can correctly link the other one to my current account. For some reason, I can’t connect to the EA servers because of this even though I played Madden last year online and the college football game the year before online. Can any real actual human being tell me what I can do to get into my account to change my password? I try to sign in to my account and it makes me sign into a trusted device. That’s it
