EA App not installing Game Pass EA games
I’m having an issue with EA Play games from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on PC. When I click Install on EA games in the Xbox app, it redirects me to the EA App but nothing properly installs. For example, with EA Sports FC 26, it only starts downloading the “Showcase” version instead of the full game. With other games like F1 25, the EA App opens but nothing happens after that. My Xbox account and EA account are already linked. I even tried unlinking and relinking them, but the problem is still the same. Has anyone experienced this or knows a fix?how to contact a real person
i wanted a refund for my ea subscription since im in the uk and can request a refund within 14 days. i have spent 30 mins trying to contact a real person but its litrealy impossible i keep clicking contact support which takes me to some beta ai live chat which is the worst ai support ive ever seen in my life. no matter what i try with the ai it wont solve my problem or let me contact a real person. can someone from ea please contact me since your **bleep** ai cant help meIm locked out of my email and I need a refund!
Hello, I’m currently locked out of my email account because I no longer have access to my phone number used for verification. Because of this, I’m unable to log into my EA account to request a refund directly. I made a purchase around 2 hours ago for two The Sims 4 packs: the Seasons Expansion Pack and the Laundry Day Stuff Pack. I would like to request a refund for these purchases. Since I cannot access my account to submit the refund request normally, I’m hoping you can help me verify my identity in another way and process the refund or restore access so I can do it myself. Please let me know what information you need from me. Cannot recover old EA account to unlink Steam. Need deletion
Hello everyone, I am facing a really frustrating issue with my EA account link and I would be extremely grateful for any help from the community or the EA Community Team. My Steam account is linked to an old EA account that I currently cannot access. I have tried contacting EA Live Support multiple times today. I provided everything I could find – Steam purchase receipts, transaction IDs, IP addresses, billing info, and my phone number. Unfortunately, the agents kept telling me the information was invalid, or the system would just fail. Now, the support page is even telling me "This issue isn't supported by advisors" when I try to open a new ticket. I don't care about the progress or games on that old EA account at all. I just want to start fresh. Since standard recovery is stuck in a loop, is there any way for EA to completely DELETE or DEACTIVATE this old account based on data privacy, so my Steam account finally gets unlinked? Has anyone else resolved this through the forums, or could a Community Manager please guide me on how to request a full account deletion when the live chat isn't working? This has happened for the last couple of hours. I’m trying to finish off an evo but can’t because my matches that I win count as losses and I get kicked out of UT. Unacceptable especially as there’s no warning or explanation for what’s going on. Just a joke honestlyAccessing old account
Hey, I've and old account that I haven't used in years, I wanted to access it again, however the e-mail I used back then is long dead. What I have is my Steam account linked and one or two games that I have purchased, but receipt is not really accessible since it was also on that same e-mail adress. Does things like the steam account or anything about the physical copy of a game (Mass Effect: Andromeda) I still have help?Can't log in
How do I log in like howwww. When I was im in FC Mobile it tells me to log in through Facebook or EA account or Line, I clicked EA account and it tells me to log in.. Bro Im already logged in why does it tells me to log in over and over again. And if I log in it again it will say birthdate is incorrect I didnt even put my birthdate while logging in in Google web nor while in FC Mobile plz tell me how do i get my account back (ID : RealAtharv64) [CM edit - CAPS]
Better contact with EA
When there's an issue, it's almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. I wrote a mail about a fault with the app when I was making a purchase - I had to restart the app, but the payment had gone through twice even though I didn't finish it the first time? EA didn't take the money for the second time - so you must know it was a mistake. But now that money is sitting in my paypal account, waiting to hear from EA - and all you need to do is tell them that it was a mistake - on your part. I wrote the mail a month ago and have still not heard back and the money is still just sitting there. That's really lousy customer service!Unrecoverable account
Hello I am having a problem with trying to unlink my Playstation account from an ea account I linked to a Gmail account I deleted awhile back. I've tried logging in to the EA account through the Playstation account but then it sends a verification code to the said Gmail that no longer exists. I've tried creating it again and recovering it through Google but no matter what I do it doesn't let me recover, create, or login to the Gmail account. I've tried linking the playstation account to another EA account I own but then it says it won't do it since it is already linked to the original EA account which I cannot get into. Is there a way to unlink the accounts without having to log in or is my playstation account forever linked to an unrecoverable EA account making it impossible to play EA games on my Playstation ever again?
