regardermail.com unknown email address, causing can't link steam account.
"Hi everyone , I need help. I just bought/installed NFS Heat, but when I try to play, it says my Steam account is already linked to an EA account with the email se*@regardermail.com**. The problem is, I don't recognize this email at all. I've never used '@regardermail.com' for any of my accounts. It seems like someone else linked my Steam to their EA account without my knowledge. Has anyone dealt with this 'regardermail' domain before? How can I get EA to unlink my Steam if I don't have access to that suspicious email? Any advice would be appreciated. How is it even possible that I open 10 icon packs and all of them are lose? I mean it's so bad I got wright 2 times , petit, puyol and the list goes on I don't understand how this is even possible I mean I see people open just 4 and at least they get one good player out of them this is making me really upset all the fodder just went on nothing really this shouldn't be a thingWTF....EA APP get your crap together!!! no such thing as chat24/7 live!!!
there's no support, ive been a paying member since 2012, you guys need to up your game with chat support.. ive been on pc for 6 hours trying to figure out how to get on my EA account an reset it.. i was able to access EA forums through my xbox app... but no EA password wasnt able to reset it, even though both websites use the same email? hmm weird.. why doesn't EA app does not recognize my email, doesnt matter what platform. I'm still paying subscription through my email?? i need help with my EA reset password. because I'm not receiving no emails for a reset?Steam account
I need help. There’s a strange Steam account connected to my EA account that I never linked. I do have my own Steam account, but the IDs don’t match. I tried to unlink it, but nothing happens. Hello everyone, Original title was "How can I report a different game committing fraud by using The Sims 4 imagery to promote their game?" but it was too long. As the title suggests, I just saw an ad on Instagram promoting a game by using The Sims 4. The company does NOT try to hide at all that their ad is fully made in The Sims. I just wanted to know how I could report this issue to EA directly or if I report it through the forums, as I'm afraid this might be breaking a couple of laws... Let me know if the name of the company, the name of the team working on the game, and/or the name of the game are needed. Thank you!My account get stolen and banned.
I stopped playing apex around 2024. My account got stolen and banned till this time I came back to play. Tried to contact with EA but they dont even care! Can't contact with advisor. Please help me with that cause im getting crazy that was sooo expensive account and got banned cause someone fu** with a TOS...
Omega Canisters
Has anyone else have problems with NOT getting omega items from canisters? I have had the milestone to buy and open up to 25 canisters now 5 times in last 9 weeks and I don’t get what I require to upgrade as I require 17 of each to do so. I also buy them from omega mall too. It’s very annoying as I need to upgrade my bank and storage in order for me to get more buildings. At the moment it’s 65/135000 I have 410 all up but want to increase to 500. Becoming harder.Can't access account
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ive spoken to so many people in EA and they sent the same automatic response everytime because ive not got enough security details. I JUST WANT MY GIFT CARD ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT. Actually in tears getting no help and they dont care. I dont have acsess to my old email i know my password but requires 2 factor authentication. HELP ME SOMEONE PLEASE. I dont care about my email can someone just add my gift card. CRASHING OUT SOMEONE HELP ME WHY IS THERE NOT A NUMBER TO CALL
Trying to switch Xbox accounts
I've been trying to switch Xbox accounts for about a year by now, every time I've been told that "I can only link to one xbox account and that xbox account is already linked. Well, I've unlinked that xbox account and deleted it and I still can't link my actual Xbox account to my EA account, it is insane that I have to post about this in a forum instead of being able to file a proper support ticket. Please help me solve this issueworthless
I reported something wasn't working, and they told me to contact the person I bought the game from. If we couldn't resolve the issue, they'd be happy to help. I'd already contacted EA before contacting them, and they couldn't help me. So I asked for help from EA, and they just told me to do what I'd already done, otherwise they wouldn't help me.
