Re: Middle East server issues

The Middle East servers for Battlefield 6 have been down or unstable for over two months. Players in the region are experiencing very high ping and poor connection quality.

We kindly ask EA to restore the Middle East servers and consider hosting new servers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, using AWS infrastructure for better stability and lower latency.

The Middle East community is large and active, and we hope this issue can be resolved soon.

Thank you.

The ME servers have all closed down a while ago now. I guess it depends where you are in the region, but for me in Amman, I get thrown on EU servers nowadays with a ping of around 60ms - so not great. And while I would be delighted to see some server capacity out back, the crumbling player base makes that unlikely: by the end, I would struggle to find an ME match that wasn’t choke full of bots…

But yeah, if there’s an upsurge in the ME player base, would love to see those servers come back.

Yeah, its makes no sense to shutdown our regions servers, WE PAID FOR THIS GAME TOO.

Unfortunately it is also the same case for Hong Kong server, it just vanished mid season 2, and we still havent heard back or see any improvement. Yes we have singapore and japan server, but the game would route us to the US and then back to japan. So i would get a constant 200 ping which is unplayable......
