Missing content (tombstone pack deactivated?)

I'm writing here to request help of a community manager as the indian agents in ticket are unable to help, I'm receiving templates to follow steps without checking my topic.

I've been using the pack "tombstone" till the last patch that fixed the pro pass where we were unable to complete it.

I've been using EA pro pass for a few months, which includes phantom + pre-order bonus. Later, in order to support the game which I'm playing for +20 years I bought the phatom ed. in the EA store + other packages.

I'm not a free user but a customer. Can any community manager or customer success take a look into #236180302? A
