Penguin thinks this sounds like a delayed payment authorization, where the bank first declines but then later approves the transactions anyway.
Since all three purchases went through, it's likely handled as separate completed payments on the system.
Because the refund tool is not available for Battlefield 6, Penguin recommend contacting EA support directly and explaining that multiple charges were processed for the same purchase attempt.
Usually they can verify and help refund the extra transaction, they can very likely help guide you with the needed steps for this.
Penguin would also include timestamps and proof of the charges to make it easier for them to see what happened.
