So i’ve reached gold on ranked, i’ve waited matchmaking for like 3-4 hours straight to find a game and i haven't gotten a single match at all, I'm playing in the SEA server, NA and EU servers are also experiencing the same thing, can you guys fix this as soon as possible because it's ruining our gaming experience, 

thank you to the staff I believe you all have tried your best, i hope you guys read this, and give us all some clarity
