I had a problem yesterday all day and right now on PS5. Someone has a problem like that. Which is the solution of the issue.

Hi, sorry to hear you’re running into this. Are you seeing the same error code today as well? If possible, could you share a screenshot or the full error code?
In the meantime, I’d recommend taking a look at our connection troubleshooting guide, especially switching to a wired connection if you can.
I just got it as well, on PS5 (5 minutes ago). See atached.

Thanks for noting down the error code. Could you try using a different Domain Name System (DNS)?
Some players have also reported success with the following workarounds:
- Restarting their router/modem.
- Unplugging and reconnecting their Ethernet cable.
- Switch to a different network connection temporarily to test whether the issue is network-related.
