Date/time issue occurred? Since launch, no matter what time of day.
What type of issue do you have?  Lag/Latency
Summarize your bug: After joining games on official servers, there is severe persistent lag. When moving either on foot or in a vehicle, there is slowed movement, as if moving through sand or water, and other players rubber band or teleport. This does not occur on community servers set to the region I am in. 
In which mode and or map has this happened? All modes/maps on official servers.
