Since the message mentions server capacity, it's likely that there weren't any available slots at the time. There isn't much you can do other than trying later. 

Unsure what it could be. I started getting the same thing yesterday evening. I hosted one, then another, and a bit later in the evening went to host one and started getting that. Played a few other modes, tried again, did stuff around the house, tried again, up until about 2 AM. Today I popped on in the morning several times, then the afternoon, and now in the evening, and it's consistently giving the same message about 'servers at capacity'. 

Quick update for me, I just tried again after changing the original 'experience' name and not adding a password and it let me host one. Could be coincidence, though.

Been having the same problem since launch day. Was able to host my own portal on launch day but every day since then has been the same problem. I've tried at all times of the day, and as many days of the week as possible. Doesn't matter if I change the max players, change the name etc, it just won't allow me to host whatsoever. 

All I wanna do is host a small shipment server for me and buddies to play on and all the servers are too busy being used to farm bot xp 

I tried for 1.5 hours clicking the host button every 7 seconds as I was watching TV. Still could not host a game. WTF is that all about? I paid  $70 to host a game for what? I wish I could get a refund!

What?? You get a full game, Campaign, Multiplayer with several modes and plenty of people online to get full matches in seconds. And you want a refund for simply a minor part of the game such as hosting your own custom game? Such entitlement is embarrassing. When the games hype slows down it will be easier for having servers you can host. Don’t cry over smallest things. BF6 is a great game. 

This is the EXACT same issue 2042 has still, I can't host anything there either.

maybe only allow Phantom Edition players to host experiences if the majority are abusing it?

Need a server timer for the ones that are empty just like the player inactivity kick the servers that are empty after a certain time of being empty 

Get real, no one bought this game for campaign.

The resources spent on it could just as easily been spent on the multiplayer,  or putting Solo mode back in like 2042, or the really old Refractor era games like 1942, vietnam, BF2 and 2142.

It may be miner to you but its a big deal to me. I have 3 other friends we have been playing for the last 15 years. We always play together when we can. I have been running game servers since 1998, Ya i'm and old fart.  I bought this game so I can a game my own server so my friends can play together with others. ( We need our own Server Software So we can run servers on our Own Computer like I did in BF3. ) ( With a Mod ) ( Our Clan was called The ( Ultimate Bad AŠŠ's ) There is no CTF game mode as of yet. That really sucks. Now you can make you own maps and that is great! Guess what? You can't even run your custom maps WHY? Because of this error ==> Global Game Quota Exceeded Error. So what the point of having a  ( BF6 Portal SDK ) if you can't even run your own custom maps? That Sucks!

same to me globale game quata i click 2 hours at 3 sec and went its open i got 104 ping ms please get private server like procon back all people can make server its free and a lot host with my players name make copy of me i report at dice and notthing happen on 2042 cheater start take my name to have peoples my server name JTF2 hardcore  no sens dice do notthing
