I would like to know from the moderators why this issue is marked as resolved? There are new reports here every day. I've been in this community for a long time and it seems like time passes and things only get worse.

This is our way of marking a response as important. We always note that it doesn't mean the issue is resolved. As it does in the accepted solution here. Otherwise, our requests for details from you all would get lost in other responses.
