Re: Extremely high CPU usage leading to massive stuttering in official servers.

Edit: I see what's causing the GPU fps drops. GPU information in HWiNFO shows the PCIe speed running at @ x1 (2.5 GT/s). The GPU PCIe speed should be running at PCIe @ x16 (2.5-16.0 GT/s).

This is most likely what's causing the GPU to have fps drops.

Original post: Are you running a custom user.cfg? I see the green info bar up top says 'CPU cores: 12 / Job threads 12' instead of 'CPU cores 12 / Job threads 6'.

The custom user.cfg is probably increasing the load on the CPU and causing mouse lag. I suggest running the game without it and see if the fps drops stop happening.

The fps drops appear to be caused by the GPU. In the performance graph in the bottom left corner of the screen we can see the GPU max render time jump up to 38ms in screenshot 3.

This calculates to a framerate of 26fps for the GPU.

1000ms ÷ 38ms = 26fps

There's 1000ms in one second. That's where this number comes from. You can calculate the framerate for all the millisecond numbers in the graphs using the above equation.

For some reason the GPU appears to be causing framerate drops.
