Re: Game Crashes After Anticheat Splash Screen

Started months ago when I had a motherboard problem that I had the board sent back and repaired.  After that was done the game never loaded again, it would load and progress through the splash screen and then go to the black box and sit there for anywhere between 4 and 12 seconds before returning back to the EA app.  Checked secure boot, TPM, as well as re-install the anti-cheat to no avail.  I tried a number of steps before I re-installed windows the first time.  Made sure everything was up to date like it was before when it was working, still no go.  Looked at the event log and I was getting an event ID 7034 where the anti-cheat was terminating unexpectedly.  The other games that use the same anti-cheat works fine which was odd to me.  So after a month of fighting it and trying everything I ran across when I searched the issue, I decided to format the drive and try again, no change, I still get the same problem.
