Re: PSA for the Falsely Banned

Another bump: 

They denied appeal again with no explanation and the same generic response. 

They clearly refuse to actually support their playerbase. 

This is the most pathetic excuse of a support system I've ever experienced. 

Somehow the statements they kept sending were changing the "status" from account abuse (whatever that is, I'm certain I didn't do that), and then to cheating (never have done that either), to now just "you broke battlefields rules". 

They clearly have no idea what's going on. 

I didn't exploit anything. I didn't cheat. I didn't say anything negative in chat or voice. Nothing. 

But what I did get is robbed. 

I will never purchase another game owned by EA again. This is the first EA game I've bought since The Sims 4. 

Never again.
