Regarding the distribution of pre-order bonuses for the Phantom Edition of BF6

I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition of Battlefield 6 through the EA App, but did not receive the corresponding bonuses.

After pre-ordering the Phantom Edition of Battlefield 6, I should have received the following content:
- Free Battle Pass
- Special Unlocks
- Tier Skips
However, I have not received these rewards.
