Severe FPS drops and GPU usage drops since recent updates

**Update: hardware monitoring / RGB software seems to be involved**
I have done some additional testing since my original post.
The most interesting finding so far is that the severe BF6 stuttering seems to be related to background software that monitors or controls hardware/RGB.
With **L-Connect (Lian Li)** completely removed, I have played multiple 64-player Conquest and large Breakthrough matches with little to no stuttering. This included several matches where I previously experienced severe stutters.
I then tested **SignalRGB** as an alternative for my Lian Li SL-INF / SL140 V2 fans. As soon as SignalRGB was running, the stuttering returned. After uninstalling SignalRGB, the stutters disappeared again.
This is not yet conclusive, but the repeated A/B testing is making this connection increasingly interesting.
One important point: **L-Connect worked perfectly for me before Season 4**, so I don't believe L-Connect itself was necessarily the original problem. My current theory is that something changed in BF6/Season 4 (possibly an interaction with Javelin, drivers or hardware monitoring) that makes BF6 more sensitive to this type of software.
I also tested **Armoury Crate**, and so far I have **not seen the same problem with Armoury Crate**. My brother-in-law is also running a 7950X3D with Armoury Crate and has had no BF6 stutters.
For now I am running BF6 without L-Connect, SignalRGB or other hardware/RGB monitoring software, and the game is running very smoothly across different game modes and large maps.
Still testing, but I wanted to share this in case it helps other players with similar hardware/software setups.
