same problem, any solutions out there?
no a solution... not even a work-around... but, I did create a brand new PS profile and a brand new EA profile and let my son play on that. The unfortunate aspect to this is that he will forever lose his progress and have to start over if there ever is a fix put in place
The connection is made via an access point distributed from the phone, which means that the problem lies either with the router or the Internet provider. Possible solutions include asking your Internet provider to open access to EA servers or using a VPN.
