Unable to join party

Hi All,

I'm receiving the following error code when I try to join my friend's party: 53O16S:57OO6S:19968O2Q

He also receives the same issue when he tries to join me. Any solutions to this or has anyone even met something like this?

(restarted game, restarted pc, repaired game files, reinstalled game -> nothing helped.)
