Unable to launch game after update

I recently updated Battlefield 6.  I select mode I want to play Casual Breakthrough and am taken to a screen showing the three levels of gamepass as well as no thanks.  I click on no thanks and an error comes up.  This happens at all modes.  Trued Battlefield 6 on my grandson’s account,  no window came up and it loaded me in the game.
