BF6 Problems with DirectX 12 and graphics card.

GPU: RX7900 XTX

GPU Driver: 25.10.13.04

Date/Time the issue occurred: 1-1-2026. But this isn't the first time; this has been happening to me very frequently in the last 15 days.

Brief summary of your bug: I'm playing normally when suddenly the game crashes, kicks me out, and tells me that the graphics card has been disconnected. It happens unpredictably, but it's been occurring very frequently in the last few days and is affecting my gaming experience.

Type of Issue: Crash

Mode where it occurred & Map: It mostly happens to me on REDSEC.

Please, I need help with this, I really like BF6.
