I am going to take legal action against EA.

Hello everyone,
I don't intend to create more controversy than the game's current state already generates, but I feel obligated, as a last resort, to report these events on your forum before taking any legal action.

I'm from Spain; perhaps North Americans aren't very aware, but in Europe we have strict laws protecting consumers against breaches of contract and/or scams, and this is one such case.

There are two reasons, which I'll explain in detail.

1) There are cheaters in the game, and quite a few of them, who can't be reported because the website isn't working. When you click submit on the form, nothing happens. I've tried Brave, Edge, and Chrome, and nothing. However, on Steam, there's an EA employee who claims it works; his Steam name is "EA_Shepard".
Well, all of this started last week in a Reddit post where a user uploads videos of his exploits. His in-game name is "Reikuro," and he promotes his YouTube channel. I spent a lot of time talking to him, and he confirmed that he uses WallHack. Now I have him in my Reddit private chat, and he messages me every day to laugh because he's still in the game.

I also decided, obviously unsuccessfully, because that's how EA operates, to contact the admin of EA's official Discord channel privately and sent him videos, links, and all the information, but he did nothing. His name is "Ganslinger43."
As you can see, I'm providing evidence to support my case.

2) The reason I plan to sue EA is for offering a product that doesn't work, promising 14 days ago that they would fix it in a post on the EA website, and now we can no longer return the product, which constitutes digital fraud.

I'm absolutely certain that this is one of the main reasons so many people are quitting the game. The problem is called HitLag, and today, after nine years on Steam, I've decided to write my first review, driven by frustration and anger. Here's the link:

They're more concerned with pleasing their investors with Battle Royale sales than with making a halfway decent, stable, and playable game.
