"Repair your game installation and try again"

I play through GeForce Now because my PC doesn't have TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. Since I was approved for Battlefield Labs and the upcoming playtest, the game loads, but when I try to access any game mode, I get the message "Repair your game installation and try again," and the game closes. I've contacted support remotely via chat, and they say they can't help me and that I should post about it on the forums. I just want to be removed from the BF Labs program and the playtests. It's hard enough getting selected; apparently, getting out is even harder.
