Battle Pass unlock

Hi! A couple of days ago, I completely completed the Battle Pass and purchased it to get rewards. All rewards except for the Battle Coins, which were hidden behind the paid version of the Battle Pass, were not received. I've searched the forums but haven't found a proper answer. Tech support isn't helping and says it's beyond their power. And with the new season coming soon, I don't know what to do or how to get my coins.
