Customer support is not working
Dear publishers, I'm a player who immediately purchased the Ultimate Edition of the game and bought all the cosmetic items in the store. This is all to support the project, and I want to support you. However, I've encountered a problem: the tickets I've been sending to you haven't been created, or they're being intentionally ignored, or something has stopped working for you. I'd like feedback and answers to my questions, not just closed tickets. Some haven't even appeared in my ticket list.
