Helps with this error and other server connection errors.

First, reset the network card via the command line using commands one at a time

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset all
netsh winhttp reset proxy

Reboot. On the router, be sure to enable Upnp and launch the game. As soon as the EA Tunnel appears in the graph, the game will connect to the servers. And it will work until the next PC reboot.
