It throws you out of the menu after you start searching for a match

Good afternoon (or evening) . I have a problem (like many other players) and I can't connect to a match, even though everything was fine 2 days ago and I've played for over 50+ hours. Now, when I log in in the evening, I encounter this issue. Can you tell me if this is a problem with EA or something else? Thank you in advance
