Missing S1 bp instant rewards after buying BF PRO.

Hello, I’m having a problem with receiving in‑game rewards in Battlefield 6. Back during Season 1, I purchased a Pro token and activated the premium battle pass, but apparently, due to a bug in the game, I didn’t receive the instant rewards. I assumed it was a temporary server bug or something like that, but almost a year has passed, I’ve been playing, and the rewards are still not unlocked. I can attach a screenshot of the payment receipt or confirmation of the unlocked rewards. Please help resolve the issue — maybe these rewards can be issued at least now. 

In recent discussions on the forum, I saw a response stating that the rewards due to this bug were sent to players via email, but more than 4 months have passed, and I still haven’t received the rewards. Please pay attention to this issue, official EA managers — this problem should finally have a concrete solution, and the paid rewards should be issued. It was also often said that only EA HELP can issue rewards, but the chats there are completely useless — the managers or bots simply redirect the chat to nowhere or write that they can’t help and then close the chat. Please pay attention to this problem — it still hasn’t been resolved.

I can provide any proof of payment and that I haven’t received the rewards; just give me what I paid for.
