Phantom edition error

Hello,
I recently purchased Battlefield 6: Phantom Edition from the PlayStation Store on October 7, 2025, for 3,600 TL.
The payment was successfully charged (transaction ID: 786943584778630), but the game is not available in my library, and when I try to access it, I receive the following message:
“This item is unavailable. You already own items that conflict with this purchase.”
I have tried restoring licenses and checking my library, but the game still appears as unavailable.
Could you please help me activate the game or issue a refund for this purchase?
