I don't understand German, but I can tell that you have some problems with unlocking the Peacekeeper. I advise you to watch the videos in this playlist for more details on unlocking the Peacekeeper.
If you are still having difficulties unlocking the Peacekeeper, I suggest you to join the Battlefield Easter Egg Community discord server. There are people who will guide you to unlock the Peacekeeper and they will decode morse code for you.
